As you all know, we are die hard Hawkeye Fans. We are SO EXCITED for college football to start! I must say, all of our boys look especially wonderful in black and gold. ;)
We took Wesley and Tate to Kids at Kinnick on Saturday. Brenda watched Cason as we thought it might not be the most enjoyable setting for Cason.
The boys loved the Kids Zone...they had all kinds of activities, but the boys were excited to kick the soccer ball into the goal.
Wesley caused quite a stir when it was his turn. He is just so cute and he was so excited about it...he stood WAY back and took a running start...
He kicked just a hair early...
...and WHIFFED! It was hilarious...he almost bit it, but he stood back and gave it another go and got it right into the goal. :)
I think this was one of Sean's dreams...bringing his boys to Kinnick Stadium. Once all 3 are old enough to enjoy it, I know it will be something Sean loves to do regularly!
Wesley was fearless...leaping from one bleacher to the next. He stresses me out!
And on the trip back to the car, a ride on Daddy's shoulders. He was in heaven. Love this genuine smile!
It was a great day. It will definitely be better as the boys get older, but it was great to be with Wesley on his first time at Kinnick Stadium!
