This may not seem like a big deal to some, but this video brings tears of pride and joy to my eyes.
You see, before we got Anthony, he could only make the "ahhhh" sound. He couldn't close his lips to make any consanant sounds. Only 3 days after starting to work with him, he began saying "da da da da" and then eventually worked his way to say thing, "ga", "la" and "ya". His therapist really wanted him to say the "ma ma ma ma" sound or "ba ba ba ba" sound. She expressed that this may be very difficult for him. Sean and I have been working SO HARD with him and doing just what his therapists have been telling us to do. He's made great strides in SO MANY areas, but never would do that "ma ma ma" sound...until this morning...
We are SO PROUD of our little man! He is doing amazing things!
